Character: Barossa Valley Shiraz selected by our winemaker to produce the Sieger ERBE E3 wine. ERBE means "Heritage" this wine displays the Heritage of the vineyards and the wine making processes. Concentrating on quality fruit not volume. Rich Black currant with hints of cherry, pomegranate and rhubarb fruits add length and a full palate. Hints of herbaceous notes add freshness to the spicy, dark inky characters in the wines.
